Teton Pines | Jackson Hole | Parker Bertles Real Estate

Teton Pines is the Westbank’s premier "country club" residential development, established in 1987 on 360 acres of former cattle ranching land. The neighborhood was put on the global map as a golf destination when developers tapped Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay to design the signature 18-hole course. Today, the community is a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, where 200 of its 360 acres are preserved as open space. This creates a serene, park-like environment that serves as a massive magnet for wildlife, most notably nesting Trumpeter Swans and a dense resident moose population. It’s truly hard to go a week without spotting a moose in your backyard!

The real estate within Teton Pines is categorized into three distinct tiers: Estate Lots (1–2 acre parcels with custom homes up to 8,000+ sq. ft.), Cluster Homes (detached, "lock-and-leave" residences with lower maintenance), and Garden Homes (lodge-style townhomes proximal to the clubhouse). Unlike the Aspens, Teton Pines is a quiet, residential sanctuary with a strict 31-day minimum rental requirement for the majority* of the community. *Note that there are  64 lodging units in the Racquet Club Resort area that allow STRs. While Club membership is separate and requires a significant initiation fee, all residents benefit from the neighborhood’s world-class amenities, including 16km of groomed Nordic tracks in the winter and immediate access to the county’s pathway system.
