Fairway Estates

Fairway Estates | c/o The Scout Guide

Fairway Estates is a quiet, low-density North Valley subdivision located just north of the Town of Jackson, offering large estate parcels and a strong sense of openness and privacy. Developed beginning in the late 1970s on land formerly owned by the Wort family, the neighborhood features approximately 39 expansive lots spread across open prairie, with sweeping views of the Teton, Gros Ventre, and Snake River ranges.

Homes are typically custom-built residences on significant acreage, resulting in infrequent turnover and strong pricing when quality properties come to market.

While Fairway Estates is adjacent to Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club, there is no formal affiliation or included amenities, and the lifestyle here is defined by space, quiet, and long sightlines rather than neighborhood density or shared facilities. Due to these characteristics, I’ve chosen to group Fairway Estates alongside similar “North Valley” subdivisions, as opposed to listing it in the “North of Town” region, which is more defined by a planned community feel (think: Golf Creek condos).
