Melody Ranch is a vibrant, neighborhood-oriented community known for its open meadows, mountain views, and strong sense of connection. Melody is located south of town, just below Rafter J and across from the Shootin’ Iron Ranches.

Melody’s relatively larger lots and open space (approximately 70% of the development) make the neighborhood feel airier than other plotted subdivisions South of town. Flat Creek winds through the community, along with trout ponds, playgrounds, and an extensive walking and biking pathway system.

The neighborhood is popular with full-time residents and families due to its proximity to schools, grocery stores, and Town (a 12 minute drive without traffic). There’s strong demand among locals and less inventory overall, so finding a house in Melody can be highly competitive.
