This is one of the oldest and largest subdivisions in Jackson Hole. Rafter J is a well-established South Park neighborhood located about 10 minutes from Town Square that is extremely popular with full-time local residents (namely, families!).

Known for its strong community environment, the development features small to mid-sized lots typically ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 acres. The layout includes ponds, bike path access, and neighborhood parks, creating a very connected and practical living environment.

With proximity to schools, the Smith’s grocery store, and daycare options, Rafter J remains one of the more active and accessible South Park markets, appealing to families and primary homeowners seeking convenience, value and a more accessible price-point on homes relative to the broader Jackson market. I personally love this neighborhood!
