River Hollow is a forested, river-adjacent subdivision on the west bank of the Snake River between Wilson and Fall Creek Road. This subdivision is often compared to Schofield Patent, since they both sit within the Northern-most range of the “West Bank South” area.
River Hollow offers a combination of seclusion and proximity - tucked into cottonwood groves yet only minutes from Wilson and Stilson Park. Lots typically range from three to six acres, creating a private, estate-like feel without sacrificing access to town.
