River Hollow is a forested, river-adjacent subdivision on the west bank of the Snake River between Wilson and Fall Creek Road. This subdivision is often compared to Schofield Patent, since they both sit within the Northern-most range of the “West Bank South” area.

River Hollow offers a combination of seclusion and proximity - tucked into cottonwood groves yet only minutes from Wilson and Stilson Park. Lots typically range from three to six acres, creating a private, estate-like feel without sacrificing access to town.

The defining feature of River Hollow is its private Snake River access, commonly referred to as “Wilson Beach.” Residents enjoy shared pedestrian access points for fishing, walking, picnicking, and riverfront relaxation - a significant lifestyle amenity in a valley where river access is increasingly limited. The neighborhood has a mix of long-time locals and second-home owners, drawn by the wooded setting, abundant wildlife, and direct connection to the outdoors. Homes range from older, modest residences to larger river-front estates, with pricing reflecting acreage, privacy, and proximity to the river rather than resort amenities.
